Creating new traditions as a single mum
Becoming a single mum is undoubtedly a life-altering experience filled with challenges, but it also presents opportunities for growth, resilience, and the creation of beautiful new traditions. This was one of my favourite things about becoming a single mum. My life was very restricted when I was with my daughter’s dad, and because of the nature of the relationship I was in, I constantly was in fight/flight/freeze mode and walked on eggshells to keep the peace.
